THE BETTER CAPITAL 2009 CELL OVERVIEW

The Better Capital 2009 Cell is a feeder fund that, having retained appropriate levels of liquidity for working capital purposes, has invested the net proceeds of its capital raising directly in BECAP Fund LP.

As part of the winding up of the Better Capital structure, BECAP Fund LP was dissolved on 28 August 2024. 

The General Partner has overall responsibility for the winding up of BECAP Fund LP.

The General Partner is operated and managed by BECAP GP Limited, in accordance with the terms of the limited partnership agreement constituting the General Partner, BECAP GP Limited is wholly owned by Jon Moulton, who is also its director.

On 3 October 2024, following the passing of special resolutions by the member, BECAP GP Limited was placed into member’s voluntary liquidation with the appointment of Sharifah Morris of Solve Limited as Liquidator.

As part of the winding up of the Better Capital structure, BECAP12 Fund LP was dissolved on 28 August 2024.

The General Partner has overall responsibility for the winding up of BECAP12 Fund LP.

The General Partner is operated and managed by BECAP12 GP Limited, in accordance with the terms of the limited partnership agreement constituting the General Partner, BECAP12 GP Limited is wholly owned by Jon Moulton, who is also its director.
